but then romantic type i have no idea because i've never dated anyone, or really got close to anyone in that sense

Sexually Undefined just means that someone won't label their sexual orientation. Labels (bisexual, hetero, homo, etc. etc) can be good for people who can use them to help others understand who they are. I, personally, find that if I took any labels I would have to mold myself into a preconceivedΒ box, and that would mean faking to an extent who I am. I don't fit any label really. That's just it.
