very nice looking.
the wings look a bit small but I'm assuming it gets a lot of lift from the body as well.
the design and placement of the exhaust looks like you could add thrust vectoring to the engines for a little extra maneuverability.
Is this one a strike fighter or is it capable of air to air combat as well.

Attach some non-skid plates to the wings. Lengthen and widen the craft for a larger cockpit. Add some S.H.I.E.L.D. markings to the wings along with the AVENGERS A to the tails. Then you"ll have a sweet craft.

that looks amazing! one note though, you may want to increase the angle between the wings and the tails, that small an angle would probably interfere with airflow, and reduce responsiveness. whatever, I'm not an aerodynamic scientist, feel free to ignore me.
