Pal watched as the shiny blue butterfly hopped between blades of grass and then swept itself into the air, only to land a few yards away on another blade of grass.
He'd been watching the funny little thing for the best part of an hour, abandoning Whytt and Rookie as they mundanely grazed around in pursuit of this fluttering insect. He watched with wide eyes as it spread its glorious blue wings and took off, swooping upwards and then flapping a few times, soaring another two yards before landing.
He was standing almost completely still a way off, watching its wings glint in the sun and he burred quietly in amusement before stepping up behind it silently, wondering how close he could get before it took off again.
I was watching *Zarac do a stream earlier and got all inspired to work on a background. It turned into Pal following a butterfly around. Gotta say I'm quite proud of this ;D
