Another Folded Finger Cheat.Draw the back of the hand and the thumb, with only the index finger. Then, in segment bubbles and the other fingers.

It's not so bad. You just need to keep on drawing as many hands as you can... eventually, your barin will begin to realize what it's doing, what look right, what doesn't, and why... you just need to continue drawing. So, keep a sketchbook with you all the time, and sketch everytime you have afew free min'.
