I know this place for a while but it's very hard to obtain a good light, because there are many buildings on the top, moreover it's a very quiet place with no people or cars. So, i was in the area to find some good shadows and then i seen this old man coming from the right. So i waited few seconds to catch him in the light

Yes, really ! This is even more interesting during this time of the year. The sun is low and we can have some good lights and shadow.

Really, the lighting is better in winter? o.O I always thought
it was better in spring/summer.. but well, I'm still a beginner

I was talking about this specific place ahah ! In spring / summer, the sun has a different position and this is more difficult to have good shadows in this area. But yeah, of course, summer and spring are way better for the lights
