Description
This is the color study for all of my Horoscope Honeys pieces.I did my study for each piece on the same sheet as I went. Since I painted them all production line style it was useful to help me figure out where to reuse the same colors for different purposes.
From left to right:
Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio and Sagitarius.

Horoscope Honeys is a 2014 pin up calendar I made for Gallery Nucleus.
Since horoscopes are basically personality profiles, I thought it would be great to imbue each pin-up with the personality of each sign and try to come up with a pin-up concept that represents that character instead of dressing her up in the superficial trappings of that sign. I hope you like the results.
