I see you have requested a critique so I'll try my best to do the artwork justice!
*Firstly, anything I say is not meant to hurt you, I just want to help in any way I can.*
The only things I will continue to critique on this picture is color scheme and a bit of anatomy.
Color Scheme:
I'm not sure if this was what you wanted but, when I look at the picture I rarely can focus on the face. This is probably due to my attention being attracted to the bright blue, so it kind of takes away from the rest of the picture. But! This only applies if you wanted the point of focus to be the face(So if you wanted the point of focus to be the clothing, then my critique on this doesn't even apply). This is the only thing that I will critique for the colors, as everything else goes together quite nicely.
Anatomy:
The only problem I have with the anatomy is how she is holding the comb. If she was holding the comb like this, then it probably would have fallen out of her hand. For this pose, the pinky, I feel should have been placed on the other side of the comb.

I'm not going to critique this but I would like to praise the use of color. Especially how the eyes contrast with the scarf. I also like how U have the skin and hair glistening. Wonderfully rendered.
