This is the best portrait of these two so far - I have never seen a better one.
I like how you solved the "weight" of these two by using the properties of their outfit (Orube's sashes) - if you'd keep down (so - if you'd take into account the gravity) the red sashes, the composition would be unbalaned (what is usually undesired in cases of portraits).
Additional thing to point out: you did keep in mind the construction of faces of these two, though not perfectly (but still - good job, not many fan-arts are anatomically correct).
The fact that Cedric doesn't embrace Orube - only slightly touches her head with his cheek - adds here even more power and strength to these two. Just... Well done. No stupid oversexualized poses, no sugar, two pairs of bright eyes with strong gaze.
I will skip rest of my "awes" and point out a few things that might be improved:
- Orube's hand is out of touch with Cedric; it does not cast shadow on Cedric's chest;
- Orube's outfit should be rendered out further: even if it's simpler in terms of pattern than Cedric's, it looks unfinished compared to Cedric's (add more details, make creases and folds less blurred/unclear);
- Well rendered out heads (faces!) and Orube's hand make the audience focus on the faces and close relationship - that's good, but still refining clothes would push the whole picture on another level; otherwise the clothes will remain too sketchy;
- I think that the source of light needs some more indication of it's direction; it appears to come from above and slightly in-front of characters, but we see shadow on top of Orube's arm and breast - even if we have two light sources (again, top and in-front of charas), these areas of Orube's silhouette need some improvement in this aspect.
One more thing: even if it's not your style, perhaps lighter eyelashes for Cedric would work?

this is .. this is heartbreaking çAç. It make me think of how they would ave loved each other, and the great couple they would have been made.
Your drawing is absolutely perfect: Cedric's dress is dark as the ones he wore when he attended Phobos' court. His shiny blue eyes are good, though. You did an amazing job on him.
Orube seems she's hiding sort of a secret, with her pose. her hand let me think she's thinking "he's mine, and he's the perfect man ever".
