I got inspired by this piece of art..damienworm.deviantart.com/art/β¦
...and thought, you need to do something somehow like this for Alice MR.
and the result is this skin (like the scissorbug-skin this one is quite big).
hope you'll like it.

I am so sorry to interrupt you, but when I download the archive and open it, 7zip says the tpf. file is damaged and the game simply does not run with it. How do you think, is it a problem of download, or I just do sth wrong? I am so sorry to ask stupid questions, but this work is really gorgeous and it is a pity for me not to see it in action.

How can I install it? Because I don't understand your instruction in the file. What's "package mode" and where? O.o

1 - you need a tool called 'texmod' - google it and you'll find it fast
2 - start up texmod
3 - go into package-mode of texmod
4 - select the alice-exe
5 - select the packages (the mods) you want and then press run
--> Alice: MR runs now with the selected mods

And If I want play Alice with your textures I have to firstly run texmod, select every files and run game?

I use the standard-textures, I get from the game via texmod. the original max-size that the game offers is 1024x1024. I just double the size and try to compensate the pixeling out via sharpening and other filters before I actually start to reskin. sometimes, when the package gets to big, I reduce the size of the normal- and specular-maps back to 1024x1024.
