A fourth submission to 's Gen IV Pokémon collab!
Bibarel is a pretty simple pokemon, no doubt. But don't underestimate one!
This Biberal is using it's high level move, Superpower! A move I got as a suggestion and in turned out to be an absolute gem of a time to depict. Specifically used the effect from the 4th gen games as the cherry on the cake. Love this good ol' buffbarel. xD

Beautiful. Used Bibarel on my first Platinum Playthrough, it's actually a decent Pokemon when not used for HM Slaving (used another Bidoof for that)
