Sweet art man. Ive always been interested in drawing lizardmen, though i dont play warhammer (sounds cool) i can never get the definite form our, got any pointers?

Oh man, this is an ancient drawing.
I don't really know about pointers, just construct your character the same way you would anything else, if you know how to draw a person, just hunker him over, give him an extra joint in his legs and pop a lizard head on that sucker.

I really have no idea how to draw 40k things, but I could give it a shot. I'm pretty swamped right now, but If I scrawl out any 40K folk in the near future, I'll run them by you.

Well...the worlds in the Anargo Sector also have strange plants and animals, perhaps if you're not too up to date with the 40k stuff you could draw that stuff too, we could always use that!
