No, it was a sticker! Each silver piece was a sticker and I just placed it a few millimeters apart from each other to create the lines.

haha it's a giant machine that cuts any material that you want it to cut. It's got a drill that spins super fast and that's how the material is cut.

I used white acrylic and finished it off with brushed chrome vinyl stickers

The shiny finish was the brushed chrome vinyl stickers that I used. The material of the blades is white acrylic. I glued 2 pieces of them together to get the knife like edge

I routed it out with a CNC routing machine and acrylic as the material. The smoothness is probably thanks to the vinyl stickers that I used. I still can't believe you carve everything yourself! I'll have finished sword pictures up soon

I'm actually borrowing it from work but it seriously can't beat the fact that you hand carve your keyblades. I've tried using a bandsaw before but I'm not very good at it...

Those people are so talented. I'm experimenting with Worbla at the moment and it's such an amazing material to use. The work isn't very clean though since I just started using it.
