I don't think I got her eyes right. The rest came out pretty good. I'd like to think up a background and maybe add some colour to this.

I love it. The hair, the eyes, the costume, everything. It's just so delicate and beautiful, yet at the same time elegant and dignified and quietly powerful. It's so...Queen Amidala. You'd make Mr. Lucas himself proud, I'm sure.

Some pictures are easier that others; but, usually I'm not very fast. When I do a real person's face I need to make sure all the proportions are good. So sketching it out takes some time. I also take a lot of breaks in between, so usually I'll start something. work on it a bit, go away then work some more.

I hated Gimp at first. It took a while to learn well enough to draw, but after you learn the commands, it gets much better.

ok okay. it looks really detailed and the eyes don't look that bad(which is a common thing with star wars fan art)
