Description Deep roots of magic
live in the fire breath of
an ancient dragon

Hear it call and hear
it sing. The heart of nature
burns proudly alive.

I want to dedicate this work, my very first try with gnarled glynnias, to Ian as a deep heart thank you for teaching me the technique that I've been so many time searching.
A single note helped me open my eyes to new possibilities in Apophysis, things I never thought. So he thought me a lot.

So, thank you Ian once more.

Really.

Tools of trade
Basis technique & flame ->
Apophysis 7x15B -> Flame & rendering
Photoshop -> Colour enhancement, frame & watermark
Twists, turns and LOTS of tweaks -> my imagination trail & error

Enjoy!

I completely agree with Ian it seems like you completely got the grasp of the technique and gave it your own style: awesome !

Thank you dear. I'm glad you agree with him. This was a technique that "bugged" me for a couple of months. I find it so beautiful. And, as you know, I always like to give it my personal touch. That is what makes the difference, isn't it?
Thank you for the favourite too. I'm honoured you liked me work.

You've certainly brought your own touch to the technique - texture, colour and lighting are superb and the overall impression is that of an oil painting

Often I try to learn and twist/tweak/turn the tutorials and techniques to something I find more to be myself. That is the main point, right? The trick here was working at a distance, almost full zoom out and seeing that blooming as I was working with the plugins in the 1 tx and in a 6 that I added (I guess I linked in the chain, LOL). I'm happy you liked it.
Thank you for the fave.

It's most certainly the point - you're a quick learner!
