carlos----so much thanks for the info----I'm finding that paper makes so much difference in the way the pencils look---or the drawing looks. same for charcoals.... funny but I'm finding that I like the plain jane newsprint for charcoal. obviously that doesn't work for drawings you want to keep but for figure drawing work it is nice to draw on and the charcoal is very predictable. I've been trying many kinds of paper to find the ones I like best and I always try to ask those artists whom I respect the most to see what they use...thanks ---I'll try some
