I like the style, it's kinda old-timey but with more detail than you'd expect from that kind of thing!Β
The sepia-ish coloring is a nice touch, and the soft shading gives it a smooth look!Β
Additionally, I think the blurring works well for the minimal amount of frames.Β

i drew the individual drawings on paper and then scanned them in to create the animation with

Ok, good technique.
But I asked you this because I have a problem: I got a PSD file in which in working a pixel art animation but I don't know how to make animated, each of the frames are in layers, and I don't how to make that gif.
Will you help me?

What program are you using?

I'm using GIMP for my animations, I dunno anything about Photoshop. There's probably animation tutorials on deviantart or google you could search for.Β
GIMP is free and easy to use if you wanna try that instead. Just open your PSD in it then 'File' > 'Export...' then save as a .GIF and pick the animation settings you want
