Description A cute little creature that I made after watching "Doraemon: Nobita and the Strange Wind Rider" (Her appearance is based on the Pokemon Manaphy with the marking based on Kyogre)

I want to have this appear in a fanmade loosely based on the movie, but I'm sure when to do it. But whatever, hope you like this! XD (BTW, I had the background be a light silver-violet to make the wings and body stand out)

Thanks!~ (I know you may not have seen "Doraemon: Nobita and the Strange Wind Rider", but do you think I should do the fanmade? Because I don't want to pile all these fanmades and fanfics on my plate and not be able to do all of them at once. )
