Well, it would appear to be a typical Pokemon game, but I can set it up

It was a dark, stormy day. Rain was falling down hard, thunder clapping in the sky. A poor day for much outside, but playing a game wasn't a bad idea. You had a copy of Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness lying about, gathering some dust.

I blow off the dust, chuckling at how long it's been here before popping it in the games console.

As the disk started to spin up, suddenly the loudest clap of thunder shook your house, rumbling everything before suddenly everything went dark. Power outage. But then, before anything came back on, the disk started to spin again...on its own...

"What the...?" I say to myself before trying to take the disc back out.

The disk was spinning full speed, likely to break if you did try and take it out. But before you could even attempt, the TV screen illuminated..."Press Start" it read. It looked like the XD start screen, without a background image, or the title...just Pokemon at the top, and the prompt at the bottom...

Curious to see how it was running without power, I hit START on my controller.

Suddenly, a surge of energy ran through your body, as your vision was taken away from you. For a moment, the surface below you fell out, having you free fall, taking away all sense of direction, before a surface returned below you...a new surface. Sand. Your vision slowly returned, revealing the outskirts of an oasis...a familiar one at that...

"What the-?! Where am I?" I look around to see where I've arrived. "Is this... No... it can't be."

It had to be...This was Orre...This was the Pokemon world...and if that oasis was like it was in game, you could...see a Pokemon up close...

I move closer to the oasis, looking around for any sign of Pokemon near.

At first, there was little signs of life...but then, you could spot a bit of red sticking out of the bushes...the tip of a red tail...

"Hello?" I call out. "Who's there?"

Then, the bushed behind you rustled, as a large serpent slithered directly up behind you. "You probably wouldn't want to know," a feminine voice snickered, as two Latias-like arms reached around to pin your arms to your side, keeping you from seeing her fully.

"What the-?! Let me go!" I shout while I struggle, trying to break free.

The red tip of tail vanished, before a strong, muscular coil slid around your ankles, about a foot and a half wide, before more started to slide up your body. In only half a minute, you were wrapped up, the arms releasing you, but having you fully pinned. Now, you could see this serpent. Their head was very similar to a Latias's...in fact, most of them appeared similar. They had primarily white on her streamlined skin, moving into red, her chest bearing that blue open triangle and small arms which tucked in neatly so that they were invisible save for the wrist. But her body type was like an Arbok's; muscular, cylindrical muscle tapering down to a tail with two little triangular bumps, much like those on the wing of a Latias...This was no typical Pokemon.

"Wha... What are you?" I keep struggling in her grip, trying to get my arms free.

She chuckled a bit, smirked as she looked you over. "Oh, you know, your neighborhood science experiment gone wrong."

"I knew using that dusty game was a bad idea... should've done something else to wait out the storm..." I mutter to myself, trying to avoid eye contact.

"Storm?" she asked curiously, some of that predatory playfulness being scaled back, "What storm? It hasn't rained for a few weeks..."

"Maybe not to you, but the last thing I was doing was sitting in my bedroom, on a rainy day, about to play an old game before the power went off, but the game stayed on, and when I tried to play it, I somehow ended up here!"

She watched you recant the odd events that unfolded. It probably would have been scoffed off by a human as lunacy. But a Psychic type was more perceptive. "How long ago was that? How long ago did you mind up here?"

"Literally two minutes ago... I tried looking for help, and now here I am in your coils... lucky me, I guess..."

She rolled her eyes. "Luckier than you think. You could have run into Cipher."

"Cipher? Who's he?"

"Not a he. A team of humans dedicated to gaining power through Pokemon manipulation. They're the ones who made me..." she admitted.

"Oh... so they're like Team Rocket or one of those gangs?"
π: 0 β©: 1
She nodded. "Yeah, except a lot more sinister. Lots of Pokemon experimentation...sealing off the hearts of Pokemon in order to increase their raw power. And attempting to create legendary Pokemon...like me. I was supposed to be a Latias. They had build up that genome using DNA from other Pokemon. They were getting close, and if they hadn't made me..."

"What happened to Team Cipher?" I ask, relaxing a little despite still being locked in your coils.

"There still around. Once I escaped, I tried to destroy everything I could, but they've rebuilt. Time and again." She sighed, her coils starting to loosen as well.

"Where are they now? Why don't you attack them again?"

"Well, they're well established, and I'm not that strong. My abilities as a Pokemon are very weakened being created like I am...When I broke out, they had been using gene therapy to enhance my powers, but after a few days, I lost much of that strength. Had to rely on my body's natural abilities to survive..."

"Ah... well, isn't there some other way to take them down? I could help. I mean, I am stuck in this game now, so I may as well do something in it before finding a way out..."

She thought about it, nodding. "Well, we could make you into a Pokemon Trainer...or even make you look like Cipher..." Suddenly, she fully let go. "You really would do that, though?"

I take a small step backwards now that I'm free, but I don't run as I rub my arms that are now free from your grip.
"Yeah, I guess... Got nothing better to do, I suppose..."

She smiled gently, sighing. "Sorry for being so quick to judge you. I...I have that bad history with humans...so I tend to think of humans as bad."

"It's okay... I wasn't too keen on you at first, either," I nervously chuckle, "But you're quite friendly for the first Pokemon I've met."

She smiled a bit. "Well, I appreciate that...But you were honest with me. No lying or begging or any of that stuff."

"Yeah, well, it's pretty hard to lie to someone who could crush you to death very easily..."

She chuckled. "You'd be surprised at how often that isn't the case...I wouldn't have done that anyways..."

"Well... what were you going to do, then, if not to kill me?"

She chuckled. "Well, I was going to...eat you, if you want honesty."

"What?!" I yell, taking a step backwards. "But PokΓ©mon don't eat humans... or, I hope they don't."

"Not most. But when you're like me...It was a necessity at first. Still hard to get food most days. I don't trust humans, and no Pokemon wants to be evem close to me...so I have to hunt to eat."

"God..." I look down at your slender body, and the area where your belly could be. "But I take it you don't eat many humans?"
