Description Another Panzer Corps: Wehrmacht comic. This will probably be the last one since the campaign has ended.

Yes this was the final battle, the 1st FJ overrunning the final Greek defenses and seizing Athens. The poor guy commanding the Fallschirmjager never did get his iron cross.

Hopefully another campaign will be started, as I have fun drawing these, even if it's in a quick and simple style.

They're Greek soldiers.
Not British.

Yeah I really do want to draw more of them! They're so fun to do that they pretty much just draw themselves!

I just adore how so much is going on in one scene - it really does capture the feeling that every soldier has a story to tell instead of just a generic or thoughtless mass. I would dare say that takes a special type of artistic vision, but I wouldn't want to come off like some kind of butt-kisser! πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 0

Yeah, it's a shame I missed his Russian campaign. Lots of good opportunities for comics there too.

I bet some canister shot would have come in handy. Oh well, no fire missions today. D,:

Haha! It wouldn't surprise me if some of those old Greek guns still had a round or two of canister-shot!

I really like pictures like this.

Bird's-eye views of large-scale events (like battle scenes or crowds of people). Even if the individual characters aren't very detailed, there's so much to look at that it's just fun to see what each and every person is doing in the picture.

It's a lot like looking at a "Where's Waldo?" picture. Even if you don't look for Waldo, everything else on the page is tons of fun to look at.
