when politicians use green issues
it always seems to become a new way to tax
and the issues themselves become a grey area
truth is... a matter of opinion
a contradiction... a lie
i don't know who to believe
what to believe

i turn to colour as away of filling the grey area
i have faith in colour... but not in issues
but when you vote for colours
then you vote for those who hide behind them
and they are often not so colourful

have i lost my faith in human nature
when human issues can make you lose faith in nature itself
if we gave more time to colours.... and less time to issues
perhaps the world would be a brighter place
