how do you make them? I mean, which program did you use?

Backgrounds? Or the models? Or the images?
Backgrounds - I make them in photoshop
Modelling - done in Modo/cinema4d/zbrush (cuz my 3ds max dont play well on my mac anymore 
and images are rendered in poser 8 or cinema4d, usually brought into photoshop for any postwork
