Someone I know recently told my class [his mates.] that he hates himself and his life, and we were all shocked as he's really clever, is well off, does really well in school, is a model student etc. but the ONLY thing I could think of to say was this:
''Nobody should hate themselves; even if they have a reason to hate themselves, NOBODY should, ever.''
And it's true. Don't hate yourself. Nobody should. So start to love yourself, and remember - smile :]
