Lady Gaga wore this fantastic outfit in a studio in LA! and it's fantastic! so oceanic, a mermaid-style Venus.Frederic Aspiras is the genius behind this hair creation with those seashells, so I want to dedicate this artwork to him, because he's an inspiration.
