I drew the sketch for it in... March of this year, but I never actually started on the coloring of it until now. Looking back, I've realized that I've come a long way, but there's still plenty of room for improvement.

The idea behind this is Yuuki and Zero yearn for each other, but they can not be together like they were when they were attending Cross Academy. (I support both pairings, so I don't really mind either way.)

I got the idea for this when I saw the April (?) Lala cover with Vampire Knight on it a long time ago... So I suppose that its what happened afterwards?
