Growing up in the Himura lands feeding off insects and birds before his 400th birthday in the forest and cave areas in Kettei. Once possessing shape shifting powers of a feminine human he began to seduce and deceive love lust men who used to run away from the war into the forest before eating them. After a few more years Chikako became bored of it all and started his own shop of being a tailor, creating beautiful , elegant and graceful clothes , such as yukatas, kimono and hakamas. Very skillful in sewing and creating tasteful traditional Japanese clothing he began to move around from city to village making and selling custom clothing for people in the island.

Chikako doesn't eat men as often as he used to , only when his hunger is very low. His diet consist of large mice, birds and sometimes insects by sucking the juices and blood from them like a spider would.
Chikako is very secretive with being a Yokai and never mentions it as it may corrupt his business.
