This was the seventh episode from the second season of Star Trek... Sadly, to my knowledge (and I'm pretty sure I've seen all of the original episodes) this was the only GTS situation that occurred in the series.
The lady putting the screws to Kirk's crew here was none other than the beautiful Antoinette Bower, who has had many film roles over the decades and also played a evil villainess scientist who helped her brother torture people in the Charles Bronson movie called The Evil That Men do.
