This had been sitting on my unfinished folder for months because I'm pretty nervous about environment pieces, but I revisited it over the weekend, added the big structure in the back, and it suddenly all came together
SO THERE YA HAVE IT, IT LOOKS PRETTY NEAT.
Doing building sketches and studies have helped haha (the structure in the back can be found in Solaris sketchdump 1, linked at the bottom), hopefully I'll be uploading those new ones in a sketchdump soon.
I surprisingly don't have much to say, I think a lot of the thought and nuances can be found in the picture itself. Hope you guys dig it!

How quick were you able to tie in all the buildings? I have so much problems doing landscapes and building scapes. Especially digital. Do you start from the back and work your way to the foreground? And perspective lines! Don't get me started -.-

I love how you made it look high and smokey !
the way you coloured those buildings is quiteΒ Brilliant it's really amazing that you blended pink with brownish
greyish colours ! from pink to blue to grey
ad alsoΒ how you designed the whole place ! the flying cars ! the buildingsΒ ! heck even thatΒ hanging angler gives it an edge and really fits the atmosphere
I adore Kye's position here, it really really ! and I mean really fits the whole thing, how she's staring at the huge tall and smoky city.. it looks just.. fitting.. I cant stop loving this
