Happy Easter, everyone!

I do realize that this Easter drawing needs a little explaining, so if you're interested then carry on reading.
If not then please sit back, grab a cup of hot tea, shove a handful of chocolate eggs into your mouth and soak in the questionable awesomeness of my T-Rex vs Unicorn, Battle Royale!

Just like last year I wanted to create a new Easter illustration (it has now become a little personal tradition that I hope to continue) but I never planned on doing this, especially not another dinosaur drawing, since I already did that. (fav.me/dc7gqyg )
However, when inspiration starts banging on your door, you're compelled to invite it in and feed it some cookies, whilst frantically grabbing for some pencils and paper, before it inexplicably decides it has better things to do.
This inspiring idea came to me on February 18th when the wonderful Yesterdays-Paper shared this particular vintage Easter card from her collection, featuring a wintry scene, describing it thus: "Snow in March and April does happen, sometimes! Depending on the quantity, a snow on Easter can be rare and beautiful like a unicorn, or ferocious like a tyrannosaurus-Rex." fav.me/dcztwsp

That's when I realized that this would make the most wonderfully weird Easter drawing ever imagined, because nothing has less to do with the resurrection of JC than seeing an ancient over-sized lizard fighting a horny rainbow-pooping fantasy pony in a snowstorm!
In my humble opinion, you can't get more epic (or stupid) than this.
And of course we’re going to have a very sunny Easter so this makes even less sense than it already did. Oh well, it’s the thought that counts.

Don't thank me for unleashing this madness on the world, thank the lovely instead. (And yes dear, you've created a monster indeed!)
