OKAY SO. AnimationMutation and I are actually directly continuing the story from our previous OCT for this audition. Like. Literally picking up right were it leaves off.

For those who don't want to have to go back and read the story for them so far (I don't blame you), I'll try to summarize: Katie & Talib meet for the first time in a strange dark world-- and discover they are dead, stuck in the afterlife. They learn soon that they have to try to win their lives back against others who are trying to do the same. It takes a dangerous run-in with a deceitful creature for the two to come to this realization (moreso for Talib who firmly believed he was just in a deep dream); Katie remembers that she took her own life by jumping from a high place, and Talib remembers that he was actually kidnapped and murdered (slit throat) by his boyfriend's bloodthirsty ex. After making allies of would-be opponents, narrow escapes, seeing images of their surviving loved ones, etc: the duo descend further into the other-side in the hopes of gaining their lives back...
