I think that this is quite a lovely portrait. Nice color palette, proportions seem fine too.
It has some points where it can be improved tough

When you zoom in you can see that her nose is positioned too much to the left. Or maybe it's the eyes that are to far to the right. In any way, if you try do draw lines from the external points of her eyes to her nose, you'll see that it will make it kinda turned to the left.

I like it how you use violet color to add more depth to her eyes. They are very expressive and beautiful. The rest of her face though lacks a bit of shadows. Like under her nose or lips and on her cheeks.

Her hair is of a beautiful color, but despite the movement and two diff. colors, which are nicely done, it looks a bit plain. Here too you can add strains of darker red to make some depth and thus making them more fluffy! And add a bit dark red to the point where her hair part in two ways.

All in all, I like your style of semi realistic drawings. I used to draw with a similar kind  long time ago, had quite a room for improvement
