Your art looks great, do you ink it before colouring or just colour over the pencil lines and leave it like that?

Hi Learningasidraw it depends on the request of my client, but most of the time, I just colour over my pencils.

that's awesome, I always try to ink mine and usually ruin it, I am probably best at the sketching stage, do you paint on layers below the sketch and then maybe set the sketch to overlay or anything or do you paint on a layer above it?

Sorry to bother you with more questions but..
Do you actually paint shadows in darker colours and such on a piece like this, or considering you have already shaded the areas with pencil, and are using multiply layers, do you just keep it as flat colours and let it change the effect itself?
