Well as I was trying to get a couple of requests done, (Before the last one) I decided to take a break... Then did a quick sketch of my oc, Ninx, and watercolored iiiiiiiit.... I think it turned out fiiiiine but it would've been great if I actually hadwatercolor paperrrr. I only used a simple index card T - T
So watcha y'all think? Criticize all you want o3o

Also, I like Mixed Media paper over watercolor paper. I have a half-size pad by Strathmore that I got for about $3 (though I just used the last sheet T~T)
It's neat because it's smoother than watercolor paper, so colored pencils, and fine liners work better on it, too.

I see! Thanks for your suggestions! I heard that the mixed media paper was better, from the brand Canson that is o 0 o

The best part is that you don't even need to tape it down! I soak mine, and it barely ripples, then goes back into shape without any problems!
(Also forgot to mention. Mines got a vellum finish, so it's slightly rougher than normal mixed media paper.)
