Actually the eyes is something I changed. In general I meant how is Norway drew in that Doujinshi. I liked the lineart of it a lot.
It's a classic one but you might not wanna read it. It's pretty Yaoi. For me when it comes to Comics i can't resist a good lineart but some may might. On the other hand if you don't mind yaoi or DeNor I can recomend you whole videos that were made out of pictures of the same artist and look amazing.

The creator is one of my favorite Hetalia fan artists until now (though I forgot her / his name).

I love this artist's work too
Basically it starts with Norway being lost in the woods really hurt and Denmark finds him also wounded and saves him promising he will take care of him and keep him safe. Then you see Norway in a strange mood and both Denmark and Iceland notice. Norway goes to leave Denmark's place for a secret meeting with Sweden and Finland. Denmark which had understood he is not ok and that is planning on something, stops him. There goes the title since Denmark asks him if all the time they lived together and the feelings were lies and he is like "Yes, it was all lies". Stuff happen, Denmark locks him in a place that looked like a hut, Iceland has questions, Denmark feels like he has done everything wrong and Sweden comes with Finland. Denmark and Sweden fight but they both stop it after Finland's pleading, Denmark goes to apologize Norway but he is hurt so Norway takes care of his wounds "as always" (childhood's flashback) and somehow that leads to them "spending the night together" (if you know what I mean). Next morning Norway prepares to leave and Denmark doesn't stop him but he tells him that he loves him and asks him if he will come back. The answer is of course, but when Norway goes to Sweden he tells him that he won't be able to go back to Denmark after their pact. Norway is ruined by that and gries his eyes out alone but he has decided to go on with it because, as he says, it's his turn to protect Denmark this time.
And that was it from what I remember.
