Finally posted this omg-YESSSYes Cloud Wind is a lonely,smart tsundere that has his own side and can be pretty cold sometimes BUT that's because he has been betrayed by people he trusted a lot in the past and is very selective with his friends now-
ANYWAYS HE IS BESTIE WITH FROSTY YEY-(and a simp too-AHEM) FrostyBloom helped him discover he was part of the Royal Family of Ice Kingdom while he didn't even knew he had powers(SPOILER AAAA) She saw his awakening as a King and fought by his side to reclaim his throne so-YES HE LOVES HER
She knows his weaknesses but is very loyal to him and that makes him trust her even more everytime they meet again,so that makes him actually open himself to her with no fear
She is also very welcomed in his Ice Palace anytime,where she can find refuge and anything she needs from him

As night villains they rarely fight side by side by having their own issues with the Pj's-But when they join their powers together-HAHA HEROES GO BRRR
