about your question:

1. distortion:
fluidity filter just on the building at the right border/
cropping just a little bit/
no 2D/3D rendering or such.
the rest was made by the fisheye.

2. any other afterwork:
hdr made with 'easy-hdr' [link]
done in ps: contrasts, color corrections
oh and I've used 'light and shadows' in 'soft light' mode as usual.
