Event: Imperial Winter Dressage 2022

Class: Fountain Show (Beginner Novice)
Rider: #304 Alexander Turner (6 years old)
Horse: FH Chivas Regal
Extra: (does not count towards anything but have it anyway)

Upon arrival, Alexander and his mom, Maribel, were awe struck by the sheer beauty of the Imperial Stables. No photo or description did this place justice. So much history had been created here and here Alex and Maribel were, about to make more.
Alex would be the youngest rider to participate in the Fountain Show. He would ride Chivas, the matriarch of FawkesHaven, mother to the successful Obertaurer, FawkesHaven's own, Angel's Envy.

His debut was one of the later events on the first day. So, Maribel took Alex around the property to explore. They ice skated and visited all the beautiful horses. It was a long day and Alex was getting nervous.

When it was finally Alex's turn to enter the Sunken Arena, he admitted to his mom that he was scared. The glass ceiling above was dark but you could still see shadows of fish swimming. The arena itself was illuminated by lamps and a huge fountain, with the audience on either side.
You'll do great, Chiva will take care of you like she always has. Just go out there and have fun. Show us what you've learned. Don't worry about placing, this is just a good way to get experience.

Alex nudged his heel into Chivas side and asked her to walk forward. They entered the ring and began their performance. Chivas never missed a beat and Alex had a big smile on his face the whole time.
