Watercolor and Ink for French Badger's day (yes we have that).

For those who don't know, you can hunt badgers in France, except in one department.

One of the most horrifying badger hunting tradition is called "Vénerie sous terre" which basically consist in destroying badgers burrows, send small hunting dogs at them (which can get hurt or die in the process) and getting them out by catching them with long metal pliers to, eventually, kill them.

Badgers are beautiful, clever and clean animals, so I made them a tiny home.

And I thought this would make a very good horror story for young badgers.
