The right foot jumps a little to much in that one frame when it stretches out. The design is amazing though. It looks cartoony without forcing human trades onto the character. Well done, animation and design.

Is the tail a bit too stiff? I'm thinking more of a T-rex walk cycle, so their tails would def move more, I'm unsure about these lil feathered dinos though 'w'
With strong hind legs, I feel like the tail would move more

I don't think I'd want the tails flopping around too much to keep the balance o:

Maybe more hip movement on the walk cycle, like make it more exaggerated. That Stuff really catches the eye

The bottom seems more natural, but if you're after some kind of character development, don't toss the top just yet. Use it for a base for other tests. (just thinking out loud.
