The late bloomer out of my tulips in the garden; it came out completely different from the rest. All the other tulips were red with orange and/or yellow

i saw this photo and immediately thought that the title you gave it was perfect. i love the colors and the use of macro. the few little droplets of water makes it seem as though it's a flower trying to loom right after a rainshower lol. as if it's a person who finally opened up after a lifetime of 'rough weather'.

Interesting enough, that's exactly what happened.. it had rained early in the morning, and then the sun came out around midday. It started opening up. Very great comparison to the person and their ability of "opening up" even after the tempest.
