Thank you, Nostalgia Critic for making me think of this XDD
Pretty self explanatory.... I just happened to notice that most villains(Mostly Disney/other American animation studios lol) have very pointy or very high-set cheekbones.... There are also a few anime villains I threw in as well lol

I think it's an artistic thing. Villains are portrayed with hard, sharp features to represent their hard way of thinking. While heroes are portrayed with soft, curvey features to represent their good, soft hearts.Β
I won't say I like it, but I understand the psychology of it.Β

That's because, by sharpening the features of someone's face, they come off as a little more intimidating. Most of the villains here are also emaciated/in poor health, for example Rasputin was a messed up f*ck, and they actually depicted him pretty well, from an artistic point-of-view. Cartoon Rasputin is the equivalent of a choir boy compared to the real thing.
