Tried an unusual hybrid I haven’t seen too often!

Description: Gray scales with teal-green accents and a golden/sandy underbelly. Has something between a SandWing frill and a SeaWing fin, the edges of which are gold. Has diamond shaped SeaWing-like markings that he can glow and flash orange. The rigid sections of frill are dark green-teal, along with his horns, claws, and beak. Wears lots of black jewelry, including several earrings and a horn cuff, from which dangles an emerald.
Abilities etc: Warm scales, weak fire breath, can flash orange markings, night vision. Cannot breathe underwater but is still a great swimmer.
