Description
I really wanted to draw something cute and romantic, and so this piece was born. I had a clear idea of what kind of background I wanted in there and I am so happy with how this came out. The two characters in here are Simba (who you'll all know), and Tishala (my OC, who not all of you will know) This is probably my "big piece" before my next placement, so I hope you guys like it! I even decided to give a tiny little scene to accompany this, so I apologise for the mistakes that will probably appear!

Simba strolled over to where his love was sitting. She was looking out across the Pridelands from the edge of Pride Rock, "Everything okay?" He asked, his question prompting Tishala to look back at him with a smile. The Pridelands' queen shuffled over to give him some space next to her.

"Yeah, I'm great." she replied, keeping her answer simple for him. The lioness basking in the glorious glow of the setting sun followed up, "I still just have to remind myself that we are actually here, and this isn't all a dream." She let out half a chuckle, stopping once she felt Simba nudge her in the direction so they could both look out at their kingdom. For a few minutes, the two rulers sat there in silence, just enjoying the company they gave each other.

Tishala felt a rush of emotion wash over her, curling her lips into a smile when she looked to Simba again, "You know, I think being king suits you. Maybe it's just that I can call you my king." She smirked at him, giving a second before both were laughing with one another.

Simba shook his head, his mane flowing in the air as he slowed his movements, matching her smirk, "Is that it? Hah, who knew you were so shallow, Tish?" The king taunted, bringing the two closer together.

"What can I say? You bring out that side of me." She snickered, "And we're only a couple days into the official start of our rule." Once again, both of them laughed before the distance between them was nought. Tishala pressed her head against Simba's cheek, and felt him push back in an instant, both their eyes closing to shut out any visual distraction. "I love you Simba. I will love you forever."

Simba's smile grew as he spoke, "I am forever yours Tishala, I'll always be here for you."
