I compared the two as well, the coloring is certainly different, the colors are more pastel? and the lineart in this is much neater. I took my time making it look as clean and neat and soft as possible! Paid more attention to the details, especially the hair and flowers! I thought about using flower brushes but couldnt find any, but drawing them manually seemed to have paid off well!
Can't wait for your next OC. From the sketch you have shown me, she's totally gonna be cute too!
