Well, there's a lot that that turned out really 'wtf?' with this... but what the heck. I heart the tree up in the corner. It is the best part.I had said that I wanted to draw more of the characters from the other story that's getting tossed around my head now, so that was what really prompted this. Unfortunately I haven't even really decided on a name for heeer (although I'm kind of leaning toward Riley for some reason...). And I'm positive that her character design is going to change a bit. All the same, it was productive to start thinking about how I wanted to draw her and such. It's all progress.
Anyway, she's the next one for the tithe, so that should be a huge hint for where the general plot is headed...

Everything? Wow, that makes me feel accomplished! ^^ Yeah, he is rather fun to draw... I've always been super partial to light eyes and black hair, and swishy black hair is just even more win. XD But yey, I'm very glad you approve of him!

Aww...hoomph. I seem to more have the problem that I just don't do anything for school and then feel down on myself about it. What the hell. I'm already ridiculously behind in my reading.
They did have an ebola plush as well, but it looked like a piece of poo. Otherwise I totally would have gotten that one for you. It's probably a bad sign that I laugh whenever ebola comes up.
Hopefully I'm going to be around devART cleaning up my gallery, since it's full of broken links, and maybe uploading some stuff. I don't think I ever put that jackalope anywhere other than LJ.

Hahaha oh yes, definitely feel that whole "GAH YOU SUCK! Why don't you get anything done!". That's totally how I feel today... but I can sort of give myself some slack since I did have 6 1/2 hours worth of friggin labs.

I mean, I'm the one who laughed at the idea that my brain might have been in danger of exploding. If that's not inappropriate, I really don't know what is.
Oh, and my brain isn't going to explode. The tests came back so that's yey.
Aaaanyway, the ebola thing got me to thinking about our cafepress shop. I think I'll have to talk to you a little bit about that, cause... it's funny. But I think maybe someday we should get our moneys, y/y?

Well, in film theory the readings are really pretty much how one gets anything out of the class. We're supposed to read them and then come in and have a discussion...so class is pretty much the professor staring at us until someone talks. It's really lame. Plus he keeps threatening to test us on readings he never even frikkin assigned. What an ass.
And I did not write fanfiction. I reread some of my fanfiction and did some reading. Eh.

Well... I guess at least you can get something out of class in some form. Although I hate discussion based classes. It's like... just tell me how it is. Don't make me guess and think and then have it be WRONG. Because then I've made neural pathways and stuff that are incorrect and it's harder to learn the right way. Stupid.
Haha, well, I guess that's better than my physics teacher, who actually does test over things he hasn't taught. Because the book, which has like no examples of anything useful, is obvious enough for us to understand everything. u___u

Tonight I'm saying screw real homework for now, because I have to get my films ready to submit for the student filmfest, which I've known about for months. Buut I haven't prepared my submissions at all. Go me. I'm not that worried about getting the editing and stuff done, but I've had trouble getting two of the three I'm going to enter to burn onto a DVD, so I'm a bit concerned about that continuing to be a problem.
And sometime before midnight I have to go down to the front office to return the movie I checked out and never got a chance to watch. Bloo.

Hehehe weeell, often times I stare at the computer for a good 5 minutes (average, I'd say), and I rarely feel that the title I ultimately choose is any good. They make me feel like I'm being sappy a lot. >__<

I really wish I could tell you! That's actually one of the things I've been hoping to get a handle on by drawing stuff like this. I feel that I have the general idea (since I originally came up with the story quite a while ago), but there are a lot of gaps that still need to be filled. *sigh* I'm sure as soon as I have some "ah HA!" epiphany, I'll be slapping it all over my profile... so maybe just keep an eye open for that?
Anyway, if you'd like a bit more information, I did write a little on [link] It's not a lot... but maybe it's at least something for now.

I was hoping to give her a name that was more... unisex. I kind of like Riley (or some variation of the spelling) because it isn't super feminine... it could work for a girl that could somehow kick somebody's ass. XD
And unfortunately, Sandra/Sandy always makes me think of the movie Grease.
