I am sorry, but the description stated she was mine since you "don't do refunds."
Asking for an update isn't rude when you claim that you'll get it done in a couple of days, take a couple of months with no updates, laugh at me and state it's been done for a couple of months and when I call you out on your rude behavior, and ask for a refund and say you can resell, you don't apologize or say anything other than "I don't do refunds."
I got the ping for this finished design when it was uploaded and have it saved.
If you sell it again without refunding me, it's stealing. NOWHERE in your ToS does it state you don't do refunds.
