Hey look I drew another : D If you couldn't tell her date outfit is inspired by Vocaloid XDAlphys' main genre of song to sing is J-pop, both in English and Japanese (but mainly English). Her voice quality is about the same as Frisk's; just above average. She would mostly use her singing as a way to relate to others, or sometimes to occupy herself if things get to stressful.
