It's Zbrush for the modeling,texturing and rendering of the passes and photoshop for combining them.

This is great, just saw it in 3DWorld. Looks sweet, except there seems to be a bit too much grain?
Lovng the style, and it has a good muscle structure. Colours are amazing.
