Description Tekkaman Blade returns for the sequel series with a slightly altered color palette on his armor, with some slightly different details. Mostly, the armors for Tekkaman Blade 2 feel more "organic", while the TV versions felt more "metal". This really shows on on the other Tekkamen, but even Blades armor is changed a bit.

During the events of Missing Link, D-Boy is effected mentally by the Radam that are attacking, and eventually transforms into Blade once again as his crystal seemingly fully regenerated ( this makes sense, as in the last episode when his crystal falls from Pegas, it is mostly is 2 large parts... when it had almost been fully shattered previously). This time however, he is under control of the Radam army. Aki in her Tekkaman form is able to defeat him and he not only returns to his senses, but regains his memories as well.

Afterwards, both he, Aki and Honda take control/remake the Space Knights in their image. Blade/D-Boy mainly stayed out of the limelight due to the mythology behind him, for both good and bad. He finally returns in public when the 3 new Tekkamen are fighting a large army of Radam Tekkamen, and the 3 were still pretty inexperienced.

After this incident he fights Dead End twice and is beaten very badly both times. It is unknown why or how, but I theorize it was because D-Boy wasn't fighting to kill, rather he was trying to recruit Dead End. So while Dead End seemed more powerful than Blade, Dead was fighting to kill, and Blade was not. This was not really explained, but certainly seems plausible after Blade eventually beat Dead End in episode 6, and essentially recruited him.

I Know, But I Think It Would've Been Cool If Teknoman Was On Nickelodeon Instead Of UPN.

Considering how awful Nick (at least in the US) has been to anime, how they've driven down decent shows into dreck, and are the most notorious network for producing Trash TV over the decades?  Yeah...no.  Would rather have seen it part of Toonami.  As Toonami was around by that point.

Well Actually Nick Did Care About Anime In The '80's, With Shows Like Maya The Bee, Belle And Sebastian, The Noozles, Grimm's Fairy Tale Theatre, The Lit'l Bits, Mapletown, And The Mysterious Cities Of Gold.
