Woah! That's quite a piece of art! I really love how you managed to include the whole vibe of Enchantix fairy dust scene into this piece. It looks like if it was official screenshot from the show. I really like the shapes of hair and her clothes - it looks very natural and cohesive and her fairy dust move is awesome
You did a great job on the wings as well! I love them so much.
One thing I would pick up on would be her feet. It looks like she has two left feet because of the big toe placement on the right side of both her feet 
This, my friend, is just a small detail you shouldn't be much worried about. It is actually quite common mistake, we all did, do or will do at least once, so it's noting in comparison to all this beauty you served us

I swear to god, if I won't be able to draw both left and right feet legitimately till 2021 I'll freakin' uninstall photoshop and isolate myself lmao
That's probably the hardest part with a view like that - it looks exactly as two lefties. I hope now it'll be better and thank you for pointing that out!

Oh no no no! It wasn’t my Intention to make you feel frustrated! As I said, it is so common, you cannot avoid it at least once in your life 
I almost posted a picture with two right feet recently, so I know that. Knowing myself I always double check feet and hands right before uploading, just to make sure
