Code's Assault Arc

In following days, Boruto was taken off of active duty to monitor his Kāma. During which, Boruto was regularly interviewed by the media about his victory over Isshiki and saving several lives from the invader's attack on the village. While Boruto became a celebrity, he was concerned about his future. He was then met with by Kawaki, whose proper arm was restored by Amado. He noted there may be a way to save Boruto. He tells Boruto about Code, an Ōtsutsuki fanatic who failed to become Isshiki's Vessel like Kawaki. Despite the failure, he obtained a White Kāma and became even more powerful than Delta or Boro. Kawaki suggested finding a way for Boruto to create his own Kāma use it on Code to resurrect with Code as his vessel. Later, Naruto offered Boruto medication that might suppress his Ōtsutsuki transformation. Quickly deciding he would take them, Boruto swallowed one despite not knowing the potential side effects, leading to Naruto scolding him. Later, Boruto's team was joined by Kawaki for a training session, leading to the genin sparing against him.
